SRL-Z Vertical mixer unit
The SRL series mixer is widely used in the mixing, stirring, drying, coloring and other processes of various materials such as plastics, rubber, and daily chemical products. The unit is for all kinds of plastic resin such as PVC, PE, PP. 1. This customized mixing unit adopts a split structure, which is convenient for installation and transportation.
2. The hot mixing pot cover, cold mixing pot cover, and discharge tee of the mixing unit are all made of stainless steel 304.
3. All feeding cylinders are imported brands.
4. The specially designed cold mixing discharge tee is equipped with a glass observation hole, which facilitates daily observation of the discharge status.
5.Basin-shaped cooling mixer ensures a wider range of contact between material as well as better cooling effect easy to clean and install.
6. The temperature measurement device adopts a new type of thermocouple, which has high temperature measurement accuracy and long service life.
7. The walls of the hot mixing pot and the cold mixing pot are both polished using a polishing machine with a mirror finish, and the contact surface is smooth and not easy to stick. They should be cleaned.
