Intel 2.5G LAN is more stable than other brands LAN, only one small problem, i226V LAN chip is too new for some OS [Do not support Arista/Untangle NG Firewall 17 (Debian 10) and Sophos XG]. Powerful processor, large memory and 2x M.2 NVME SSD will give you a better experience.
