High-grade color plastic doors and windows horizontal high-grade CNC four-corner welding machine
1. Professional production line for welding of colored PVC profiles and cleaning of outer corners. It can be welded into a rectangular window frame at one time, and then the finished window is transferred to the manual reclaiming place through the transfer table.
2. The left and right integrated patented technology of the upper and lower clamps ensures smooth and beautiful shearing of the upper and lower welds.
3. The extruding knives of the whole machine are made of Cr12MoV alloy high-precision knives, which are precisely processed after quenching, and are more suitable for co-extrusion of film-coated profiles. The knives are standardized, shear stable and support knives interchange.
4. The universal floating backing plate ensures the flatness of the fan material and the gap of the welding seam.
5. The moving parts of the machine all adopt high-precision and precise linear square guide rails, which ensures the stability and reliability of the equipment.
6. Equipped with a color touch screen and Siemens PLC, driving a large inertia servo motor, and automatically completing the welding, transmission and cleaning of the outer fillet weld of the window. It is easy to operate and has stable and reliable performance.
7. The frame is welded by thick-walled rectangular steel pipe, which has strong load-bearing capacity and is not easy to deform.The bed is detachable for easy transportation.
8. Equipped with automatic blowing device, the welded seam after shearing can be blown off automatically.
