The HYKD-3B fully hydraulic tunnel drilling rig is mainly suitable for industries such as coal, geology, metallurgy, and engineering. It is used for large-diameter gas drainage drilling, water injection drilling, and large-diameter horizontal drilling construction in mines, tunnels, underground coal mines, and surface engineering. Meet the requirements of large-diameter cone drilling, large-diameter hard alloy drilling, and impact rotary drilling.

Technical characteristics

1. Split layout, small size, light weight, convenient relocation, and flexible operation.

2. The power unit is driven by an explosion-proof motor and control system to drive the hydraulic pump. The motor drives the spindle rotation and the oil cylinder chain speed doubling mechanism to achieve the feeding and rotation functions of the power head.

3. The hydraulic chuck fully meets the functions of clamping and disengaging the drill pipe, as well as power-off protection.

4. The sliding and expansion function of the mast facilitates the adhesion between the mast and the foundation during drilling, enhancing the stability of the work.

5. The up and down swing of the swing arm and mast is suitable for multi angle drilling requirements.

6. The spindle speed range of the power head is wide, and the rotational torque is large.
