High Vacuum Distillation Waste Oil Distillation Black Engine Oil Refining Recycling Plant
KTS Series Waste Distillation Plants are mainly used for recycling lubricating oil such as engine oil, lubrication oil, hydraulic oil, gear oil, diesel, and other oil mixture by vacuum distillation to acquire the qualified base oil and bits of gasoline or diesel. During the process of distillation, the hydrocarbon chain breaks to reform new the molecule of the oil, then turns into oil mist. Then the oil mist turns into liquid by condensation and the qualified oil comes out finally. This plant can effectively remove wearing debris, pitches, waxes, impurities, water contents, carbon deposits, oxides from the oil and decrease its acid value.
The core technology of this equipment is vacuum catalytic cracking process and chemical extraction technology. Equipped with environmentally friendly exhaust gas burner and exhaust gas treatment system. A safe and efficient way to perfect the final diesel/base oil color and remove oil odor. The final oil yield is no less than 80%-85%. It adopts advanced manufacturing process design and high-quality raw materials, fully automatic PLC system, and automatic pressure alarm device to ensure long-term safe operation of the equipment.
