Mineral Separation Equipment/Gold Machine Gold Refining Shaking Table as one of gravity mining equipment, 6S shaking table is widely applied on separating Gold, Silver, Tin, Columbium, Tantalum Niobium, Titanium, Barium, Tungsten, Iron, Chrome, Manganese, Zircon, Lead, Zinc, Mercury, Copper, Aluminum, and other rare metals and the noble metal ore. 6S shaking table & LY shaking table can be used in different stages in mining, like rough concentration, retreat and scanvenging.
Head motion: gravity gold shaking table cast iron to contain an oil reservoir for perfect splash lubrication. This feature protects the moving parts, reducing operating and maintenance costs to a minimum.
Decks: gravity gold shaking table have three distinct deck designs available. The course ore deck is designed for recovering particles size from 0.5 mm to 2 mm; the fine sand deck is designed for recovering fine particles in the range of 0.1 mm to 1mm; the slime deck is designed for recovering super extremely fine particles in the range of 0.037 mm to 0.5 mm.
Feeding Chute and Water Chute: A wooden feed distributing box with hopper and long water box are attached to the iron of the deck, giving a very even distribution of feed and water.
Recovery material size ranges are: coarse sand (0.5 mm to 2 mm), fine sand (0.1 mm to 1 mm) and slime (0.037-0.5 mm). Effective mineral recovery size range is 0.037 mm to 2 mm.
