Q4.How long to prepare an order?
A:For the stocked goods,normally can be shipped out within 7 days after your order confirmation.If not available,please contact with us for the product lead times.

Q5.How about the MoQ and MOA?
A:Normally our MOQ is 100 pcs for our existing designs,but for customized items,the MOQ is 500pcs/design.For goods by sea,our MOAis $4000/shipment.So we suggest customers select different items andcombine them together to reach the MOA,or it will be an extra handling charge $300/shipmentcaused.For the goods by express(DHL/FEDEX/UPS and S.F),the freight should be charged by customers

Q6:Can l have our own designs?
A:Yes,OEM is welcomed,please advise the conception of the items you would like,or better give us a picture/artwork/drawing,we will arrange the sample after the artwork is confirmed.
