Product Overview
Description
2 ply single-facer corrugated cardboard production line:
1.Maximum production width: 1200mm/1400mm/1600mm/1800mm Design speed: 100m/min Economic speed: 60-80m/min.
Note: production line speed test paper should meet the following requirements:
* Base paper grade shall not be lower than B.
* Water content of base paper is about: 11%±2%.
* Face paper: 100-250g /m2.
* Core paper: 100-150g /m2.
2.Corrugated type combination: A, C, B, E (or customer's choice).
3.Power supply: 380V 50Hz three-phase four-wire system.
4.The total installed power of the equipment: about 174KW Actual power consumption: about 100KW.
5.The equipment covers an area of about 15m×4m×2m (the specific length is subject to the foundation drawing).
6.The equipment paper direction: according to the user plant to determine the transmission left or right.
7.Equipment applicability, can be A, B, C grade domestic base paper or imported base paper.
Customer provided part
1.Air compressor, air pipeline, glue pipeline.
2.The power supply and wire are connected to the operating cabinet and the line pipeline.
3.Water sources, water pipelines, buckets, etc.
4.Water, electricity, gas foundation plane installation civil engineering.
5.Test paper, corn (potato) starch, industrial caustic soda, borax and other materials.
6.Equipment with oil, lubricating oil, hydraulic oil, grease.
7.Food, accommodation and salary of installation and commissioning personnel. And provide installation workers to cooperate with installation.
