Cantilever gates are suitable for commercial and residential use. For security, traffic control or where road surfaces are uneven, cantilever sliding gates are ideal. Unlike tracked sliding gates, they leave the driveway below undisturbed.
Approximately 1/3 longer than a tracked slider gate, the extra length acts as a counterbalance allowing the gate to slide back and forth. This opening/closing mechanism operates by the roller wheels.

Cantilever door
The cantilever door system is a complete kit capable of carrying sliding doors without the need for wheels or tracks on the floor of the open access. It consists of 2 trolleys, 1 rail, 1 final wheel, 1 brake and on request other accessories from our catalog (such as upper rails, rail covers, base plates, etc.) for mounting sliding doors.
The sliding cantilever door is suspended above the door opening through a set of high-quality sealed bearing cantilever rollers mounted on a cylinder. Cantilever doors are easier to install than ground-track sliding doors and are suitable for snowy terrain because there are no tracks on the drive. The rear frame on these gates is 30% to 40% of the width of the opening, so they require more side space compared to ground rail installation.
