Q3..Can you provide free samples?
1. For non-butyl products,we can offer less than 5 sets simple handmade samples.
2. For butyl products,we need to charge for the mould fee.But if your mass production volume can reach 2000-3000 pieces, the mould fee can be deducted by the payment of the cargoes.
Q4..Can you make customization samples according to our requirements?
Yes,for bulk orders,we can support our clients with OEM, so that it can be easier to open the local market and build a long-term partnership between us.
Q5..What's your lead time?
For regular products,the delivery time is about 10 days upon receiving the deposit,while customized products are around 20 days after comfirm the sample.For urgent orders,I will apply to the company for priority scheduling.
Q6..What are your payment terms?
TT 30% deposit before mass production,and 70% belance before loading.
