Donyue QT4-24 semi auto model is a small but really high efficient machine, its model number: "QT4-24" is from its specification, "QT" is its forming method, the bricks are molded onto a pallets which is necessary and on the vibration table, the bricks are formed while the vibration table is working, driven by two high power vibration motors, and one vibrator one the upper mold, the vibration force is up to 35.5KN. "4"in ''QT4-24" means it can make 4 pieces of standard size hollow blocks per mold.(400*200*200mm or 390*190*190mm). And “24” means its molding cycle is 24 seconds, this machine can make 4 hollow blocks every 24 seconds, it's pretty high efficient, because the molding cycle of automatic models are 15 seconds.
