Factory Fabric Formed Concrete /Geosynthetic Concrete Liner for Channel / Dam Linings
Mold bag concrete is produced by injecting concrete or cement mortar into a mold bag using a high-pressure pump. The thickness of the concrete or cement mortar is controlled by the length of the hanging reinforcement bag and rope (polymer such as nylon) inside the bag. After the concrete or cement mortar solidifies, it forms a plate-like or other structure with certain strength, which can meet the needs of the project. Filter Point Concrete linings have a cobbled surface and a relatively high coefficient of hydraulic friction in order to achieve lower flow velocities and to reduce wave run-up. The filtration points provide for the relief of hydrostatic uplift pressures, increasing the system's stability.
