This machine is suitable for crushing all kinds of brittle materials, such as coal, gypsum, alum, masonry, limestone, etc. The compressive strength of the crushed materials does not exceed 100MPa, and the humidity is not more than 15%. The compressive strength of the crushed material is not more than 100MPa and the humidity is not more than 15%.
3、Structure
This machine is mainly assembled by the frame, rotor, grate bar, hammer head and other parts and components, the motor drives the rotor through the belt pulley - triangle belt, the material is crushed due to the impact of the hammer head on the material and the mutual impact of the material produced by the rotation of the rotor.
The frame is divided into two parts: the upper cover and the lower seat, and the inner wall is equipped with protective lining plate.
The rotor is composed of rotor shaft, disk, hammer shaft, hammer head and other parts. Rotor shaft is equipped with disk, disk and disk separated by bushings, the disk is equipped with a hammer shaft, hammer head hanging on the hammer shaft, when the rotor shaft rotates, the hammer head is with the rotary.
Grate bar device in the lower seat of the inner wall on both sides of the grate rack in the slot.
4、Installation instructions
This machine is assembled by the manufacturing plant into a complete machine after the supply, when the user receives the machine should be checked to eliminate the abnormalities that occur in the transportation process.
1. The basic drawing supplied by the manufacturer. It only shows the arrangement position of the crusher and motor, users should refer to this drawing and design the installation plan according to the actual situation.
2. The machine is installed on a reinforced concrete foundation, and the discharge position should be considered when designing the foundation.
3. In order to reduce the vibration, so as not to affect the building by the vibration generated by the machine, the machine and the concrete foundation should be embedded in the middle of the hardwood mat or other vibration-damping materials.
4. When installing, the center of motor and rotor shaft should be straight.
5. The transmission part of the machine is on the right side of the machine, but the position can be changed according to the actual need.
V. Instructions for use
(A) Preparation before starting
1. Check whether there is enough grease in the bearings;
2. Check whether all fasteners are completely tightened;
3. Check whether there is metal or other unbreakable debris in the machine body;
4. Check whether the clearance between hammer head and grate bar is normal;
5. Turn the rotor by hand and observe whether it is normal, whether the direction of rotation is correct, and whether the hammer head collides with other parts.
(II) Crusher startup
1. After checking and proving that the machine and transmission parts are in normal condition, the machine can be started.
2. If there are abnormalities found after the start, it should be stopped, and the crusher can be started only after the abnormalities are identified and eliminated.
(C) maintenance and use
1. After normal operation of the crusher, it can start feeding.
2. The material to be crushed must be added evenly and distributed evenly over the whole length of the working part of the rotor to prevent the rotor from being overloaded and the load on the motor from increasing.
3. Regularly check the condition of the grate, if there is any blockage, it should be removed immediately.
4. Under normal working condition, the temperature rise of the bearing should be within 35℃, and the maximum temperature should not be more than 70℃, if it is more than 70℃, it should be stopped immediately to find out the reason and eliminate it.
5. Before stopping the machine, stop feeding, and turn off the motor only after the material in the crushing chamber is completely crushed.
6. Adjustment of product size can be realized by the following methods.
(1) Replacing the grate pattern;
(2) Embedding filler blocks at both ends of the slot in the loading grate frame to change the gap of the grate.
7. When the amount of vibration suddenly increases, you should immediately stop the car, find out the reason and eliminate it.
8. When assembling or replacing the hammers, the balance of the rotor must be maintained, and the total amount of 5 hammers on each hammer shaft should be equal to the total weight of the hammers on the relative hammer shafts, and the total deviation should not be more than 100 grams (if the vibration in the test run is severe, the hammers on the individual hammer shafts can be swapped positions to achieve a better dynamic balance).
VI. Lubrication
1. The lubricating grease used in this machine should be decided according to the place of use, air temperature and other conditions. Generally, calcium-based, sodium-based or calcium-sodium-based grease can be used.
2. Add grease to the bearings once after every 100 hours of work. Replace the grease once every one month to three months, and the bearing should be carefully cleaned with clean gasoline or kerosene when replacing the grease.
VII. Possible malfunctions and methods of elimination.

Eight, safety regulations
1. When the machine is running, the staff can not stand in the rotor inertia force line.
2. When the machine is running, it is strictly prohibited to carry out any adjustment, cleaning, maintenance and other work, so as to avoid danger.
3. It is strictly prohibited to put materials that can not be crushed into the machine, so as not to damage the machine.
4. When the machine is under maintenance, the power supply should be cut off first.
