3.How to get the sample? What’s the sample charge?How many days will be spent of the delivery?

2)Sample of our stock is free.(1- 5pcs) And customized sample will charge sample fee, it will be refunded once confirm the order.(If don't revise the draft design)
3)The normal sample will be sent in about 3-5 working days.
4.How long can I get the inquiry response?
A:In order to save your time, pls offer your needs with quantity, size, printing colors, materials, and trade term. You can expect a response within 3 minutes during our working hours.
