Q2. Can you provide samples?

We can provide samples. When you place your second order with us. We will cover the sample fee for your meeting.

Q3. What are your packaging conditions?

Answer: We use velvet packaging with a cardboard box attached. Some products may have sponge support assistance.

Q4. What are your payment terms?

Answer: We pay the full amount through Alibaba Credit Guarantee. If the amount exceeds $5000, a 60% advance payment can be made, followed by a 40% payment before shipment

Q5. What is the minimum order quantity for your telescope?

Answer: There are no MOOs available for customers to use. We will do our best to provide support to customers based on their needs. But the price of the product is determined by the quantity.

Q6. What is your delivery time?

Answer: Generally, it takes 7 to 20 days after receiving your advance payment. The specific delivery time depends on the item and the quantity you ordered.

Q7: What are your logo customization requirements?

Answer: If the customer's customized quantity exceeds 500 pieces, they only need to pay for the mold fee. If the customer orders more than 1000 pieces, free customization is available.
