Perforated Aluminium Security mesh utilizes marine-grade aluminium alloy 5052 as raw material which is then perforated and powder coated to outdoor grade.

Perforated Aluminium Sheet is also well corrosion-resistant, marine grade 5052 alloy offers a pretty good performance for this material.

1.8mm thickness before punching and powder coating, approx 1.95-2mm after coating, the overall thickness of the screen mesh is 3mm

Option B (#HDVA121424):
1.2mm thickness before punching and powder coating, approx 1.35-1.4mm after coating, the overall thickness of the mesh is 2.4mm.

Heavy Duty DVA mesh passes most of the Australian standards for the security door industry including knife shear and 480 hours of salt spray.
Based on its one-way vision property, heavy-duty DVA aluminium mesh is a great choice for security screen doors, current steel fence privacy screen mesh, school privacy fencing, swimming pool privacy screen panels, etc.

Light DVA mesh is made of 0.5mm aluminium sheets by perforation.
Due to its special design, DVA mesh allows people inside the house to see outside but not to be seen from the visitor’s side. That‘s why it is always a perfect material to be used as a privacy screen infill.
As it is a light-weighted version of DVA mesh, it can’t be used individually as a screen door infill panel.
It has to be used together with diamond grills, and cast-type grills as structural support to make the screen rigid and avoid rattle issues in the wind.
