The whole machine introduction:
This machine is used for the longitudinal processing of corrugated cardboard. It can trim the edge of cardboard and position the two horizontal lines. The thin blade slitting scoring machine overcomes the phenomenon of rough edges and crimping caused by traditional thick Angle knife slitting. The edge of the cut cardboard is smooth, which improves the overall quality and appearance of the cardboard, especially the fundamental improvement of the printing quality.
The functional characteristics:
1.Manual paper feed with paper feed table, side baffle positioning.
2.Wire pressing device: The upper and lower shaft is made of thick wall steel pipe finishing, and the above is equipped with wire pressing wheel. The wire wheel uses the three-line wheel and the two-line wheel to form, which can make the cardboard forming beautiful and not explosive line.
3.Paper splitting device: alloy knife, diamond grinding wheel, hand automatic dual-purpose sharpening knife, sharp edge, processing cardboard cutting neat and beautiful, and long service life. The paper dividing base adopts a follow-up device, which is convenient and quick to adjust.
