Product Description
The Non-pressurized Triple-Product Dense-Media Cyclone uses a single medium system to produce three products. Raw coal and qualified suspension are fed in reverse, and through the concentration effect of the cyclone itself, the second-stage separation density requirement is achieved, thereby separating the raw coal into clean coal, middlings, and gangue.


Product Performance and Features
The feeding particle size range of the Non-pressurized Triple-Product Dense-Media Cyclone is 110mm-0.23mm; the maximum processing capacity with desliming can reach 600t/h, and without desliming can reach 500t/h; separation accuracy: for the 0.5mm level Ep1=0.02-0.03kg/L, Ep2=0.03-0.06Kg/L (related to the separation density), and for the 0.5-0.25mm level Ep≤0.1Kg/L.
Raw coal is fed into the cyclone by dropping, without passing through a slurry pump, thus reducing the amount of secondary coal slime and light wear on the pipes.
