The screw oil press has multiple functions such as automatically controlling heating, oil pressing, and filtering. It can heat the pressing chamber before pressing, improve oil yield, and filter the crude oil in a timely manner during the pressing process. It can be pressed: rapeseed, cottonseed, soybean, peanut, sesame seed, palm, coconut shell, olive fruit, castor oil, sapphire seed, sesame, sunflower seed, rice bran, corn germ, walnut, almond, evening primrose, tea seed, pine seed, animal skin, white soil and many other oil crops. The screw oil press uses very little electricity, occupies only a few square meters, and can be connected to a computer controller, realizing the automation of production. Moreover, this type of oil press continues to maintain the advantages of simple structure and long service life of the hydraulic oil press.
Operating principle of the machine
When the screw oil press is running, the processed oil enters the pressing chamber from the hopper. The material embryo is continuously pushed inwardly by rotating the pressing screw to press. Due to the fact that the material embryo is carried out in the pressing chamber of the oil press in a moving state, under the high pressure conditions of the pressing chamber, a large frictional resistance is generated between the material embryo and the pressing screw, and between the material embryo and the pressing chamber, which can cause friction between the material embryo and the micro material, resulting in relative movement. On the other hand, because the root diameter of the pressing screw gradually increases and the pitch gradually decreases, when the pressing screw rotates, the thread forces the material embryo to move forward and turn outward, while the material layer close to the surface of the pressing screw also rotates with the pressing shaft. In this way, each embryo particle in the pressing chamber does not move in the same direction at equal speed, but there is also relative motion between particles. The heat generated by friction meets the heat necessary for the operation of the oil pressing process, helping to promote the thermal denaturation of proteins in the feed embryo, damaging the colloid, increasing plasticity, and reducing some viscosity that can easily precipitate oil, thereby improving the oil yield of the oil press, allowing the oil pressure in the material to be squeezed out and flow out from the circular and strip gaps.
Machine structure
The screw oil press is mainly composed of five parts: an automatic control part, a heating and pressing part, an adjustment part, a transmission part, and a vacuum oil filter.

Operation and use of screw oil press
1.Before using, you must carefully read the instructions and be familiar with the performance characteristics and operating methods of this machine.
2. Before starting the machine, a comprehensive inspection must be carried out to ensure that all fasteners are not loose, the handle rotates flexibly, and the pulley is rotated manually. All running parts and components should be normal without abnormal noise. Then fill the speed box with No. 20 mechanical oil.
3.Loosen the lock nut, rotate the adjusting screw counterclockwise to make the conical surface of the pressing screw press against the conical surface of the cake outlet, then rotate the adjusting screw clockwise for 2-3mm, and then tighten the lock nut to prepare for startup.
4.Open the door of the electrical box and turn on the power switch inside the box (set it to the ON position, that is, the entire machine is powered on.).
5.Adjust the temperature controller to the temperature required for pressing ISO-200 ° C (depending on the oil content). Turn the main heating switch to heat the machine. At this time, the green light on the temperature controller turns on and the red light turns off. The temperature of the machine is automatically controlled and maintained at the set temperature of 150-200 ° C. When the temperature is low in winter, turn on the oil pan heating switch to increase the temperature of the oil pan and facilitate the flow of oil.
6.Press the forward rotation button of the main engine to start the operation of the main engine. The rotation direction should be clockwise.
7.After the installation of the new oil press, it should be milled for 2-8 hours. The method is to slowly feed the pressed cake (rapeseed cake, soybean cake, cotton cake or cotton husk, rice husk) from the hopper and repeatedly press it back, so that the pressed screw is polished, the Youbing (Deep-fried round and flat dough-cake) is formed smoothly. Remember not to directly pour the material into the hopper at the beginning of pressing, but to feed it by hand to prevent the pressed screw shaft from being stuck. If the feeding is too strong, there is an abnormal noise in the pressing chamber, or the pressing screw shaft is stuck, the machine should be stopped immediately to eliminate the obstruction, or the grinding process should be restarted after reassembly. Forcible towing or reversing of the feeding is strictly prohibited.
8. During normal oil pressing, it is necessary to maintain a uniform feed, and do not allow too much or too little or idle feed. At this time, the load of the machine is normal, the operation is stable, and the sound is rhythmic. The cake thickness is normally controlled at 0.5-21mm, and the cake is smoothly discharged. There is basically no residue in the low pressure section, and there is a small amount of oil residue in the high pressure section, but the proportion of residue in the oil is not greater than 10%. The temperature in the pressing chamber can reach 150-200 degrees. The green smoke emitted from the cake outlet should be discharged through the hood through the smoke pipe. Press out the hot cakes in a timely manner to avoid spontaneous combustion. When the continuous working time is too long and the machine temperature is too high, cooling measures such as electric fan blowing should be taken.
9.When the pressed oil flows into the oil filter barrel, press the vacuum pump button, and the vacuum pump starts to operate. The air in the oil filter barrel is pumped out. A negative pressure is formed in the barrel, and the oil above naturally flows into the filter barrel. The oil residue is isolated on the filter cloth. After the pressing is completed and the oil is pumped out, stop the vacuum pump operation, open the valve on the oil filter barrel, and the filter cloth forms dry residue, which is scraped off with a scraper, The pure oil in the oil filter barrel can be discharged from the valve at the bottom of the oil barrel.
10.Before stopping the machine, stop feeding, loosen the cake opening, and then put in a small amount of cake crumbs. The machine can only be stopped until the remaining material in the pressing chamber is discharged and no more cake is discharged from the cake outlet. After stopping the machine, turn the adjusting screw counterclockwise for 1-3 turns, and then disconnect the power supply.
Maintenance of screw oil press
1. After every 50 hours of operation, the lubrication condition should be checked. The oil blank on the gearbox should not be short of oil. The screw shaft adjustment screw bearing adjustment screw hole should be filled with butter once, and dry friction is strictly prohibited.
2.Each lubricating part should be protected from dust and other debris. The quality of the oil in the gearbox should be checked once a year. If deterioration is found, all oil should be replaced.
3.When the equivalent is reduced and the cake or oil output is abnormal, the screw shaft should be pulled out, and the wear of the screw, bar, and cake outlet should be checked. The worn parts should be replaced in a timely manner.
4.After each shift, the residual cake inside the machine should be removed, and the dust and oil dirt on the surface of the machine should be wiped clean.
5.When storing for a long time at the end of the season, maintenance should be carried out once, and the screw press, bar press, and cake outlet should be disassembled, washed, and oiled again, and placed in a dry place.
