Frame horizontal force/vertical force fatigue test
With reference to the frame horizontal force fatigue test standard, under the same number of cycles of 100,000 times, the JOBOBIKE test standard rearward force is twice the standard; with reference to the frame vertical force fatigue test standard, JOBOBIKE has 50,000 more cycles than the standard, based on a force 100N higher than the standard.
According to the frame and front fork impact test standard, under the same load of 90KG, drop height of JOBOBIKE' is 100MM higher than the standard, and the deformation is at least 20MM less than the standard, and the quality is far beyond the standard level.
JOBOBIKE is based on the JIS 9401-2010 standard, with a maximum test load of 85KG, a vibration frequency of 7, and a number of 150,000.
The whole bicycle is installed on the riding simulation platform.
By detecting the different speeds of the whole vehicle, the influence of voltage and current on the motor is observed.
It can simulate various road conditions and detect the influence on the speed and endurance of the bicycle.
