Product Description


Explosion-proof mobile plugs and sockets are explosion-proof electrical connection devices that can be safely used in dangerous environments such as flammable and explosive gases or dust and are easy to move.


●Shell: Usually made of high-strength GRP and other explosion-proof materials. This material has good strength and corrosion resistance, can withstand certain external impacts, and is not prone to sparks or overheating in the event of an accident, effectively reducing the risk of explosion.

●Contacts: Internal contacts are generally specially treated, such as silver plating, to ensure good conductivity and wear resistance, while reducing contact resistance and preventing heating problems caused by poor contact.



●Applicable scenarios: Widely used in various places with high electrical safety requirements. For example, oil extraction platforms, refineries, gas stations, chemical workshops, mines, etc. These places have flammable and explosive gases, liquids or dusts. Ordinary plugs and sockets are prone to cause dangers, while explosion-proof mobile plugs and sockets can provide safe and reliable power connections for electrical equipment.


Due to the impact of ambient environmental factors (such as temperature, dust, corrosion, etc.) on the plug and socket assembly, the contact resistance between the plug and socket can vary significantly, directly affecting electrical transmission performance.
Therefore, a specialized interlocking device is designed at the connection point between the plug prongs and the socket. Once the plug is inserted into the socket, the switch does not close without rotation, and when the switch is closed, the plug cannot be removed, ensuring non-live operation.
