Soft Enamel Pins
The metal base is shaped and slightly raised, while enamel is filled into the cavity. With the metal edge raised, the contour of the pattern or LOGO is very recognizable and impressive.

Hard Enamel Pins

UV Printing & Epoxy Dome Pins

Step 1
Submit Your Artwork
1) Send us your artwork via E-mail or Alibaba platform. All kinds of formats are supported, even a drafting would be enough.
2) We have a professional team to convert a bit-map to a vector-graph, which is a
necessary stage in creating an Enamel Pin.
3) Design assistance is also available. Just send us your LOGO with the pattern your like and our team will provide creative ideas for you.
Step 2
Mockup Validation
1) Once we finish the digital mockup, we will send it to you for approval.
2) Give us your feedback about the design, mainly including colors, size, and plating. Then we will adjust the design until you are satisfied with it.
Step 3
Manufacturing
1) After you have made your decision, we will give a quotation for you to check.
2) As soon as the payment is finished, we will start to produce the pins for you, according to the final confirmed mockup.
3) The Lead Time is usually about 10~15 working days. More than a dozen processes are used during the production, like CNC milling, Electroplating, Polishing, etc.
Step 4
QC, Transportation & Feedback
1) After we finish the production, our responsible quality control department will check the quality of each pin.
2) It usually takes 10~15 days to deliver the pins to your address.
