Main Features
1. Multiple purposes. It only needs to replace the winding mandrel and the bidirectional shaft to complete the 6-inch, 8-inch and 10-inch shafting operations. , It is very convenient to use and replace.
2. Frequency conversion drive + PLC control. By inputting parameters on the touch screen, the entire shafting process and the shaft hardness can be automatically controlled.
3. Touch screen displays real-time parameters such as spindle diameter, spindle speed, length measurement, etc., and it can stop when the set value is reached. The operation of the operator is intuitive and convenient.
4. This machine can be not only used for on-line twine winding but also can be used for twine roll pay-off bobbin. It is not only convenient to replace the wire rollers during pay-off and reeling. It also equipped with a brake device.
5. This machine is equipped with a density adjustment device on the shaft, which can adjust the density of the forming winding according to user needs.
