1.Will this filter fluoride out of water?
A：Equipped with DuPont TopTec RO membrane, with a filtration accuracy of 0.1 nm, which can effectively filter out germs, heavy metals, fluoride, nitrate, trifluoromethane, carbon tetrafluoride, and other harmful substances in the water, making it safe to drink directly.

A：There is a filter replacement indicator on T-R100 water dispenser screen, our machine will check the filter life automatically, and when the filters life out, it will alarm. There are two filters in T-R100 water dispenser, the first one can use 8-12 months, and the second one can use 24 - 36 months. If the machine reminds you to change the filter, you can buy the filters from us.

A： Sorry about this unit does not have cold water setting. But our T-R100 water dispenser have one water temperature setting 36.5ºC, this temperature water same like human body temperature, it is healthy temperature for our healthy.

A: It is normal for a large number of small bubbles to be produced when first used, as the layer of protective liquid on the new filters are being flushed out; also the black particles are due to the presence of activated carbon particles in the new CF filter. We recommend discarding and do not drink the first 4-5 kettles of water. After that, the filtered water should turn clean and safe to drink.

A: According to the PH test result of our lab, the PH value is about 7.6. we do understand that there is a need for minerals in the RO water. the minerals human need them.
