Description
Our factory offer Pellet snacks frying line, we are leading manufacturer from China offer Pellet Chips Frying Production Line. Pellet Chips Frying Line can process the pellet snacks based on Wheat, Corn, Potato and multigrain ingredients.
Start to end solutions, start with the Even pellet feeding and removal of debris. We have designed a pre fryer with hot oil curtain for pellet snack which provides larger expansion of pellets and which reduces the cooking time hence result in less oil take up.
Pellet fryer is designed with flow of frying oil so no pellet left behind and get over cooked, compact design with great cleaning option for the fryer makes it easy to operate and maintain.
De-oiling process is achieved by defattening equipment, multistage de-oil conveyor or with centrifugal oil remover which can be chosen as per the product. After excess oil removal the product is applied for dust-on with seasoning powder with our specialized seasoning equipment with auger and scarf feeder integration. Pellet Frying Line is directly integrated with our Packaging Machines our distribution system and conveyor system.
Fully dried pellets of various 2D or 3D shaped are deep fried, de-oiling and seasoning are done with the pellet chips frying line.
