KZ-C(XCZ) pump is a patent product (patent No.ZL0031670.5 and ZL01262527.2) of single-stage & singlesuction developed by our company. it's according to GB5656 standard. This pump is not only includes all thefeatures that the CZ type and lH type chemical procession PUmps have, but also it has exceeded efficiencyand cavitation performance, The height of self-suction is higher. the time of self-suction is shorter and theefficiency is hiaher than the same kind of prodUct and vertical self-suction pump.
KZ-C(XCZ) pump can save energy 10-20% than the same kind of product and vertical self-suction pump to reach the same capacity, head and height of suction under the same operating condition.Capacity (Q):-2000m'/h; Head (H):~150m; Operating temperature (t): -20~170℃ Operatingpressure:1.6MPa
2 Long service life
The structure is reasonable, scientifical high efficiency, small vibration, low noise and non-leakageThe impeller of pump has strong applicability to the operating conditions. The cavitation is low, the strengthof pump shaft is high, and imported (SKF) bearing and mechanical sealing (single or double ends) of highquality are used, Therefore, the service life of pump is long.
KZ-C(XCZ) pump can apply to transport neutral or corrosive liquid,liguid of low or high temperature,cleanliqUid or liquid with particle. Diferent material can be used to transport inorganic acid, such as sulphuricacid, nitric acid, hydrochloric acid, acetic acid, phosphoric acid; organiC acid: base solution such as sodiumhydrofluoride, sodiUm carbonate of various density and temperature; vatioUS salt solution; varioUS liquidpetroleum, chemical products, organiC compound and other corrosive material.
