Working Principle
Tianfeng TS series standard test screen adopts vibrating motor as vibration source. The vibration of vibrating motor forces the base of screen to vibrate. Then, the vibration of screen base will be conveyed to the screen frame of standard test screen located on the base. The materials smaller than the screen hole will pass screen hole and enter into next layer, and the material bigger than screen hole will stay on the screen layer. The material size on the same layer is same. Tianfeng TS series standard test screen can achieve the separating of materials with different size and ensure the particle size composition of materials. By Tianfeng TS series standard test screen, the materials in test screen can be effectively screened, classified and filtered.
