Generally, circular bags are used, which are divided into two forms according to the direction of dusty airflow: side inlet and bottom inlet. The pulse bag dust removal system mainly consists of box assembly, filter bag, cage assembly, pulse spraying system, ash discharge system, fan, control system, etc.
Main features:
1. High dust removal efficiency, bag filter can capture fine dust with a particle size greater than 0.3 microns, and the dust removal efficiency can reach over 99%;
2. Flexible to use, bag filters can handle air volumes ranging from hundreds of cubic meters per hour to hundreds of thousands of cubic meters per hour. They can be used as small units directly located indoors near machine tools, or as large dust removal rooms, known as "bag rooms";
3. Bag filter has a relatively simple structure, stable operation, less initial investment (compared to electrostatic precipitators), and easy maintenance. Therefore, bag filters are widely used to eliminate dust pollution, improve the environment, and recycle materials;
4. Dust handling is easy. Bag filter is a dry dust removal equipment that does not require water, so there is no problem with sewage treatment or mud treatment, and the collected dust is easy to recycle.

Products Description
Filtering principle:
The dusty gas enters through the air inlet, and when passing through the ash hopper, some large particles of dust in the gas are separated by inertia and gravity, and directly fall into the bottom of the ash hopper. The dusty gas enters the filter bag filtration area of the middle box after passing through the ash hopper. The gas passes through the filter bag, and the dust is trapped on the outer surface of the filter bag. The purified gas enters the upper box through the filter bag opening and is then discharged through the air outlet.
Dust cleaning principle:
Firstly, a compartment lift valve is closed to cut off the filtered airflow, and then the electromagnetic pulse valve is opened. Compressed air rapidly expands in the upper box in a very short time, flowing into the filter bag, causing the filter bag to expand and deform, generating vibration. Under the action of reverse airflow flushing, the dust attached to the outer surface of the filter bag is stripped off and falls into the ash hopper. After the dust cleaning is completed, the electromagnetic pulse valve closes and the lift valve opens, and the chamber begins a dust cleaning cycle.
