BOFU's new design of small solar tracker is specially made for home/small farm using with low cost, it can takes 2pcs of solar panels, easy to install on ground with concrete foundation, or earth anchor. The whole bracket weight is only 100kg, the longest parts is

Geared Motor
The small tracker was driven by two motors, one is geared motor, who provide precise horizontal azimuth rotation, the rotate angle is ±120°, speed is 0.23rpm. The motor was designed to hidden inside the lower column, which guarantees excellent water-proof of the tracker.
Linear Actuator
The linear actuator brings the panels up and down moving, the pitch angle is 0° to 60°, the maximum pushing thrust is 3000N, guarantee

High Strength Support Bracket
The solar tracking bracket was made by carben steel Q235 with high strength connector, guarantee the safety of the whole mini tracker.
C Type Aluminum Purlins
The small tracker equipped with standard C type aluminum purlins to hold the solar panels, which is light weight with heavy strength, surface treatment is anodizing to prevent rust.
Lighting Sensor Tracking
The bracket tracking the sun with light sensor, which will detect the light intensity of different area of the solar panels,
and find the right angle to receive the most light, so to improve the generation rate.
Note: The light sensor only works when there is sufficient sun light, and on cloudy days when there is not adequate sunlight and not worth to track the sun, the tracker keep flat.

Water-proof Control Box
The water-proof control box was made with ABS, which will isolate moisture and dust from outside and protect the controller inside.

The solar panels were mounted on the purlins with fast lock clip, no need tools and screws, only 30 seconds for one solar panel,
