We have five forging lines,including the 3 Telectro-hydraulic hammer ,2500T/1600T hot die forging press made in Russia,400T/300T double plates friction press.
The equipments now we have more than 90 pieces:tooling making equipments,machining equipments (18 CNC Lathes ,3 CNC Machining Center，CNC Milling）heat treatment(with painting lines)，surface treatment equipments.The main measuring equipments including chemical analysis instrument ,spectrum analyzer,hardness,roughness measuring instrument,strength tester and magnetic inspection machine etc.The annual production capacity is more than ten thousand tons and the planned production capacity is fifiteen thousand tons.
