The Anhua black tea has been recorded since the Tang Dynasty, with "Qujiang thin slices, 80 pieces per kilogram". After the Song Dynasty, Anhua black tea was presented as tribute tea to the court every year. During the Wanli period of the Ming Dynasty, Anhua black tea was called "Lan Ya Guo" and cultivated with fire. It was collectively referred to as black tea and designated as official tea, used to exchange horses with the Western Regions and served as the main body of tea horse trading. The Qujiang thin slice has an ancient copper coin like appearance, with a mellow and rich taste, and a fragrant aroma.
Place of Origin
The Qujiang thin section is produced in the Xinhua and Anhua areas of Hunan Province in the Xuefeng Mountains
Brewing method
It is best to choose a white porcelain covered bowl or a purple clay pot for tea utensils. The ratio of tea to water is 1:20, the water temperature is 100 ℃, and the tea is moistened and filled with water. After 10 seconds, the soup can be brewed more than 10 times.
Storage method
Black tea can be stored for a long time.
