1.What’s the production procedure of screw caps?
Here's the streamlined production process for our aluminum screw caps: First, we select the qualified aluminum sheets for punching. The next process is rolling edge. The third step is knurling, which creates the threads for the bottle caps. Then, we assemble Liners and pack them.
2.How to guarantee your lids match my bottles and jars?
We can send you samples of lids for your approval or you send us your bottles or jars for size confirmation. According to our experience, although the neck sizes are made according to GPI standard, such as 38/400, 45/400 etc., the threads or tolerances might be different for bottles and jars made from different materials or by different manufacturers. Due to this issue, we suggest our clients send us their bottles or jars before our production. Our QC will carry out inspection of lids on your bottles or jars to ensure the performance is well.
3.I want to add my logo on lids. How to realize it? What' s the process?
Firstly we need you provide your logo design in form of AI (Adobe Illustrator) or PDF. Then we will make a drawing with sizes of lids and your logo on it. The drawing will be sent to you for your confirmation. After the drawing and specifications are approved, you can pay us the molding cost. We will process molding and sampling after receipt of your payment. Lead time for molding & sampling is 10 to 15 days. For custom logo printing, it’s the same procedure, while it requires higher MOQ for mass production.
4.Can I request a sample? How to get it?
We can send you 10 free samples as per your request by freight collect. You can also arrange courier to pick up sample parcel from our office directly.
