FISH MEAL MACHINE PROCESSING MATERIALS
Fish meal making machine is through the cooking press drying process of dead fish/live fish/frozen fish, fish offals, fish heads, fish viscera, fish bones, shrimp, shrimp heads, crab shell, squid and other processing into fish meal/shrimp meal/crab meal and fish oil. Add to animal pet feed and poultry and livestock feed in different proportions. to improve the protein content and nutrition of the feed. Thereby improving immunity, solving the problems of slow growth of poultry and livestock, poor absorption of protein and lack of protein, as well as increasing the production of chickens, ducks and goose eggs, the hardness of eggshells,and improving the brightness of pet hair.

The skim fishmeal processing production line is to process the raw fish through fish crusher, fish meal cooking machine, fish meal pressing machine, solid-liquid separation, oil-water separation, fish meal drying machine, fish meal cooling screening machine,fish meal crushing machine. Due to the odor produced in the production process, the exhaust gas odor treatment equipment can be selected. The fish meal protein produced by it is between 60%-68%, VBN is usually ≤120, acid value is generally between 2-7, pepsin digestibility is 90%-97%, and salt is between 1-3.
