Specification
Aramid fiber is a new high-tech Synthetic fiber, which has excellent properties such as ultra-high strength, high modulus, high temperature resistance, acid and alkali resistance, light weight, etc. Its strength is 5-6 times that of steel wire, modulus is 2-3 times that of steel wire or glass fiber, toughness is twice that of steel wire, and its weight is only about 1/5 of that of steel wire. At 560 ℃, it does not decompose or melt. It has good insulation and anti-aging performance, and has a long life cycle.
Aramid short cut fibers also have excellent temperature resistance, which can be continuously used within the temperature range of -196 ℃ to 330 ℃ without significant changes or losses; At the same time, it also has the characteristics of insolubility, fire resistance (non combustion support), and only carbonization at 427 ℃. Even at a low temperature of minus 196 ℃, there is no phenomenon of embrittlement or performance loss, and it can withstand short-term contact at temperatures up to 600 ℃ with excellent temperature resistance.
