Manufacturing Process
There are five steps in sand casting process:
2. Incorporate the pattern and sand in a gating system. Remove the pattern.
3. Fill the mold cavity with molten metal.
4. Allow the metal to cool.
5. Break away the sand mold and remove the casting.

1) Checking the raw material after they reach our factory------- Incoming quality control ( IQC)
2) Checking the details before the production line operated
3) Have full inspection and routing inspection during mass production---In process quality control(IPQC)
4) Checking the goods after they are finished---- Final quality control(FQC)
5) Checking the goods after they are finished-----Outgoing quality control(OQC

A:Yes, we are able to make the drawing of your samples and duplicate the samples.

A:Normally we pack goods according to customers' requirement. For reference: wrapping paper, carton box, wooden case, pallet.

A:For samples: 30-40 days after start to make mold. For order: 35-40 days, the accurate time depends on product.

A:Tooling: 100% T/T advance. Order: 50% deposit, 50% to be paid before shipment.
