Suction sewage truck
Suction sewage truck is a new type of environmental sanitation vehicle that collects, transfers, cleans and transports sludge and sewage to avoid secondary pollution. The suction truck can self suction and discharge, with fast working speed, large capacity, and convenient transportation. It is suitable for collecting and transporting liquid substances such as feces, mud, and crude oil. The suction truck adopts the domestically leading vacuum pump of the suction truck, which has a large suction force and a long suction distance. It is particularly suitable for the suction, transportation, and discharge of sediment in the sewer, especially for large objects such as mud, silt, stones, and bricks in the sewer.
Function:
The dedicated part of the suction truck consists of a power take-off, transmission shaft, vacuum suction pump, pressure tank, hydraulic part, pipeline system, vacuum pressure gauge, fecal viewing window, hand washing device, etc. It is equipped with a high-power vacuum suction pump and a high-quality hydraulic system along with the vehicle. The tank head is formed by one-time die casting, the tank body can be opened backwards, and the double top is self dumping. The dirt inside the tank can be directly dumped through the back cover, which has the characteristics of high vacuum degree (greater suction than a suction truck), large tonnage, high efficiency, and wider use.

Oil water separator, water gas separator, hydraulic self unloading device, dedicated vacuum suction pump, volumetric pressure gauge, suction pipe, self flow valve, vacuum tank body, connector (sight glass), fully automatic anti overflow valve, hydraulic kit.
Working principle:
Due to the fact that the fecal suction hose is always submerged on the liquid surface, the air inside the fecal tank becomes thinner and thinner after being sucked, causing the pressure inside the tank to be lower than atmospheric pressure. The fecal liquid enters the container through the fecal suction hose under atmospheric pressure. Or due to the proximity of the siphon pipe to the bottom of the tank, when the air is continuously discharged into the manure tank, it is compressed due to its lack of outlet, causing the pressure inside the tank to be higher than atmospheric pressure. Under the action of compressed air, the manure is discharged outside the tank through the siphon pipe and the suction hose.
The suction vehicle has the characteristics of high suction efficiency, self suction, self discharge, and direct irrigation. Filling time of the fecal tank: ≤ 5 minutes, suction lift: ≥ 8 meters.
