Incoming material check
When the material comes in, we will check and confirm it immediately. We will record it in time.
Production line
We have two production lines, which makes the production efficient.
Production
During production, we will check the product appearance and test the suction power. If they are not qualified, we will rework them.
Charging&discharging cycle test
The charging&discharging test including main body test and whole machine test. We usually charge and discharge 3 cycles to simulate daily wastage and check if the machine works normal.
