Frame horizontal force/vertical force fatigue test
For the frame horizontal force fatigue test, JOBOBIKE's rearward force test standard is twice the standard at 100,000 cycles. In the frame vertical force fatigue test, JOBOBIKE has 50,000 more cycles than the standard with a force 100N higher.
In the frame and front fork impact test with a 90KG load, JOBOBIKE's drop height is 100MM above the standard and the deformation is at least 20MM less. Its quality far exceeds the standard level.
JOBOBIKE is based on the JIS 9401-2010 standard, with a maximum test load of 85KG, a vibration frequency of 7, and a number of 150,000.
The whole bicycle is mounted on a riding simulation platform.By detecting various speeds, the impacts of voltage and current on the motor are observed. It can simulate diverse road conditions and test their effects on the bicycle's speed and endurance.
