This product is produced by Jiangsu King's Luck Brewery Joint-stock Co., Ltd. As known as Jinshiyuan spirits, it's a famous distillery in China, speically in the southern part of China. Jinshiyuan once been called Gaogou, a historical distillery goes back to Xihan dynasty, which is more than 2200 years from now.
This Huayuan 9H features their signature heavy flavor 42%vol liquor, which is very popular in Jiangsu and Anhui Province. The liquor is clear, smooth, sweet yet spicy, it's made by pure grain, brewed in old cellar, gives it a standard taste of heavy flavor baijiu. This liquor is made in 2019, it's been aged in bottle for this many years, give the liquor itself a smoother taste. The difference between 7H and this 9H is, 9H blends more higher quality liquor in it, it's stronger than 7H, tastes spicier.
