Description
Mobile Box Crusher
The box crusher is mainly used for crushing materials below medium hardness and brittle materials, such as coal,cement,gypsum,alum, bricks, tiles, limestone, etc. The compressive strength of the material should not exceed 300 MPa, and the humidity should not exceed 15%. The equipment has the characteristics of simple structure, large crushing ratio, high production capacity and uniform particle size of the finished product. Different discharge sizes can be achieved according to customer requirements.
The stone falls into the high-speed rotating turntable from the upper p. of the machine. Under the action of high-speed centrifugal force, the hi speed impact and high density crushing are generated.After the stone strikes each other, it will form eddy current movement between th turntable and the housing,causing repeated mutual blows, friction, crushing, until it is crushed into the required particle size.
