We accept payment via TT or LC. Normally, it is 30% TT as a deposit, and the balance should be paid before shipment. As for the
LC, we accept sight LC, 30 days LC, 60 days LC, and 90 days LC.
2. How long will I receive my trucks or machinery?
From the time we receive your deposit or LC, it will take about 45 days to produce the trucks, and about 35 days for machinery.
For Africa, South America, and shipment takes about 40 days. For Asia and Southeast Asia countries, shipment takes about 2 weeks.
3. What is the oil consumption for your trucks?
For Sinotruk trucks, the normal oil consumption is about 35L/100Km, which depends on the actual loading situation. It will consume
more when the truck is heavily loaded or on slopes.
4. What is the warranty you provide?
We provide a 1-year warranty from the date of your B/L, or 60,000Km, whichever comes first.
5. Are your trucks brand new or used?
We offer a wide range of trucks and machinery in brand new condition. Please note that we do not sell used trucks. If you require
used trucks, you should look for a supplier that offers them.
6. Do you have stocked trucks or machinery?
If you need stock trucks, please let us know your detailed requirements, such as the model year, payload, etc. We will check our
stock system to see if we have trucks or machinery that meet your needs. However, stock availability is not guaranteed.
7. Can I paint my LOGO on the truck?
Yes, we can paint your logo on the truck after it is finished.
8. Where is your factory located?
Our Sinotruk factory is located in Jinan city, Shandong Province. It is a 1.5-hour high-speed train ride from Beijing, a 2.5-hour
flight from Guangzhou, and a 4-hour high-speed train ride from Shanghai.
