High-quality product, made of non-flammable Aramid yarns and polyester-covering. The cord is very tear-resistant, extremely low stretching, dimensionally stable, abrasion-resistant and robust. Aramid rope has a very high heat resistance. It has a melting point of 930 degrees (F) and doesn't start to lose strength until 500 degrees (F). Aramid rope is also highly resistant to acids, alkalis and organic solvents. Other diameters and spools are available by special order.
