Operating procedure:
1. Plug in the power supply and turn on the power switch; the power indicator light will turn on.
2. Adjust the temperature controller to the desired temperature. Once the temperature reaches the set point, the indicator light on the top of the controller will turn off, and you can start working.
3. Set the timer to the desired time.
4. Lay the clothing flat on the lower heat plate, place the transfer paper on top (please pay attention to the front and back sides of the transfer paper), and press the handle down firmly until it reaches the end point.
5. When the set time for heat pressing is reached, an alarm will sound (the buzzer will beep), and then lift the handle back to its original position.
Precautions
1. The machine must have a suitable and reliable grounding protection.
2. Do not exceed 30KG of force to avoid handle deformation.
3. When placing the transfer paper, pay attention to the front and back of the paper.
4. When cooling, gently wipe the transfer paper with a blackboard eraser for 5-10 seconds before tearing it off.
5. If the machine is hot, remove the transfer paper immediately after printing.
6. The printing effect requires proper coordination of temperature, time, and pressure; the thickness and material of the fabric, as well as the type of transfer paper, can affect the printing result.
7. Please conduct sample trials before mass production.
Maintenance
1. Pressure: If the pressure is insufficient or too high, first loosen the pressure adjustment screw, then turn the adjustment nut to adjust the pressure. After adjustment, tighten and lock the pressure adjustment screw.
2. Temperature: If the heating plate does not heat up after the device reaches the set temperature, please check the wiring of the temperature controller and confirm whether the thermocouple is damaged (the temperature controller reaches 180°C in about 7 minutes at 0°C).
3. Time: If there is no alarm (buzzer does not sound) or the alarm continues (buzzer does not stop) when the set time is reached, please check whether the contact points of the micro switch in the tail box are at an appropriate distance. If there is any abnormality, please adjust it to the appropriate position.
