Product Description

♦CNCD is an enterprise dedicated to the research and development of multi-component gas separation, purification and liquefaction, as well as the design and manufacture of core equipment. 

♦Through this equipment, the industrial waste gas rich in CO2 can be recycled and utilized. Through pressurization, drying, impurity removal, rectification, liquefaction, and other processes, and finally refrigeration industrial or food-grade liquid CO2, it is widely used in oil field mining, welding, metal casting processing, fire fighting, food, medical and health industries.

 

♦The CO2 recovery plant (CBU) is completed by various fuels such as diesel, heavy oil, kerosene, and natural gas through combustion, washing, absorption, analysis, separation and other process technologies. The system adopts centralized control to ensure the safety and stability of the system. All instruments and meters are pre-installed in the shell block for easy transportation and to reduce on-site installation and commissioning time.

♦Main Equipment: CO2 supercharging compressor, desulfurizing tower, drying tower, a pre-cooler, condensing evaporator, rectifying tower, CO2 storage tank, etc.
