Product Structure
The mixer mainly consists of Bucket, Lifting arm, cab, mixing drum, Diesel tank, Water tank, solid tires.
①Loading: Based on the unique articulated hydraulic shovel, the ingredients can be loaded easily and accurately. The built-in blade of the bucket can automatically cut the cement bag to avoid the waste of raw materials. All the ingredients can be smoothly and quickly entered into the mixing drum from the bucket.
②Mixing: After the aggregate and cement enter the mixing drum, they can be perfectly mixed through the automatic pressurized water flow in the double water tank. The unique double screw blade ensures the mixing quality and the quality of the concrete (electronic weighing system can be equipped)
③Transporting: Four-wheel drive hydraulic transmission device and good configuration can be suitable for transportation in any site, so that it can crawl on a slope of 30° under full load.
④Unloading: The operator can use the joystick to pour concrete in 4 directions around the vehicle and at a height of 2m or more through the 270° rotating mixing drum.
