A: Yes, All knives can be customized as per your request. We can change blade as 3Cr13, 420, 440C, N690,D2, VG10, S35VN, and handle as ABS, PP, wooden, etc.
Q: What are my packaging options?
A: We will recommend you the packaging method according to your target price and market. Usually, white box, colour box, gift box,nylon bag and leather case are available.
Q: How is quality control managed after an order is placed?
A: Throughout the order management process, the inspection team has specific processes and quality control criteria for each product at each stage, such as early production inspection, mid-production inspection, final production inspection and packing inspection. Key points will be reflected in the schedule and QC report so that we can track the status of each item and give timely feedback to our customers.
Q: What are the terms of delivery and payment?
A: Normally our delivery time is 15-35 day after placing orders. We accept T/T and L/C payment. We have good and long term relationship with airfreight/freight forwarders, so we can offer competitive price and better service to our customers. In terms of transportation services, we coordinate the delivery of FCL/LCL cargoes from factories, organise forwarders, report ETD and ETA, and send documents such as invoices, packing lists, bills of lading and so on.
