 1.Preprocessing system

1.1. 5 micron precision filter: built-in 5 micron PP filter, the main removal of water granular impurities, fibers, suspended matter and colloids, under normal conditions, the effluent SDI≤5, turbidity ≤1NTU.
Activated carbon filter: remove the residual chlorine in water, detergent and other organic matter, odor, different colors and carcinogens trichloromethane, and adjust the taste.
1 micron precision filter: Built-in 1 micron PP filter element, filtering accuracy of 1um. The function is to prevent accidental particles from entering the reverse osmosis system and causing mechanical damage to the membrane.
1.2. Reverse osmosis water system

The system adopts optimized design to ensure excellent water quality and long-term stable and safe operation of the reverse osmosis system under high pressure, which can be operated automatically or manually, so as to achieve comprehensive control of the system:

(1) Set pressure regulation to balance the pressure of all parts of the system.

(2) Set concentrated water regulation, control concentrated water amount and recovery rate. The pure water recovery rate is generally 40% to 50%, and it is recommended to do 40%, which can extend the life of the reverse osmosis membrane.

(3) Automatic rapid flushing function to implement effective flushing of reverse osmosis membrane.

(4) Manual sampling and membrane cleaning.

(5) Raw water low pressure automatic protection. Full water automatic stop, low water automatic start. 6. Working status display.

(6) Each station pressure display.

(7) Concentrated water, pure water flow display.
