2. We have tested well each lifter before shipping to ensure that every shipped lifter is on working fine.But some problems may happen when shipping or caused by buyer improper operation. But each problem can be solved at your side by our guide.Free replaced parts will be sent if need.pls take it easy to order.

 

3. In order to keep safe. It it forbidden to open the hoist without our guide. It may cause the falling if you open it by yourself.

 

4.We don't ship out battery for the remote control, because it is forbidden by air. But it is easy to buy it from your local market.

 

5. If you fail to hide well the lifter inside the seling, you can buy one cover for decoration;

 

6. Pendant lamps don’t need the connected plate. Only ceiling lamp need buy one to make the installation easy.

 

7. Voltage request:110V/60HZ and 220V/50HZ all can be supplied,but you have to leave one message to advise which voltage what you want. If not, we will ship out following your country standard voltage. Pls kindly noted.tks

Install guide

 

 

 Notice:If the elevator is arranged in the ceiling, the ceiling must be left with a check port, the size of 500MM * 500MM.

 

 

This case ,you can not hide the hoist inside the ceiling,you may need buy one cover for decoration.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

Each machine comes with an English manual, after receiving the machine, please read the manual carefully before installation, if you are not clear about some points, please feel free to contact our customer service. tks

 

Once you finish installation,you have to hang more than 8kgs weight on the steel wire at first,then press remote control to start to test ,if not, the lifter can't work, and may break the steel wire. pls kindly noted.tks.

After the test, please turn off the power of the elevator, and then pull the wire rope by hand, in order to unload the hanging weights (sandbags or buckets), be sure to pull the wire rope by hand until the lamps are hung, in order to keep the wire rope under force, not empty, the inside of the wire rope will not be messed up. This is very important !!!!

1. You have 7 days to contact us and 30days to return it from the date it was received. If this item is in your possession more than 7days. It is considered used and WE WILL NOT ISSUE YOU A REFUND OR RLACEMENT. There are NO EXCEPTIONS! Shipping cost is bear by both seller and buyer in half.
