A7:Please provide an inspection report with some pictures to show all the defects of the prototype, we will check our inspection record and discuss the next step with you. Overall, we will replace the defective prototype within 10 days if the defect is caused by our quality problem or shipping problem. If you can ship the prototype back to us, you will receive a refund.
