Product Description
Z41H-600LB Gate valve is one of the most widely used cut-off valves in industrial pipelines. It is mainly used to put through or cut off the medium in the pipeline, but not for regulating the medium flow.
Gate valves are suitable for a wide range of pressure, temperature and diameters, especially for medium and large diameter pipelines.
Designed and manufactured to API 600 and API 602, the valve is suitable for the pressure class CALSS150 ~ CALSS2500 industrial pipeline.
Main features
1. Thestructure adopts wedge type elastic gate , large diameter set rolling bearing, easy to open and close.
2. The valve stem after tempering and surface nitriding treatment, corrosion resistance and abrasion resistance.
3. Gate and seat wear resistance, high temperature resistance, corrosion resistance, abrasion resistance, long service life.
5. The valve body material variety is complete, packing, gasket according to the actual working condition or user requirements reasonable selection, can be applicable to all kinds of temperature and medium working condition.
6. American standard gate valve fluid resistance is small. The medium channel inside the gate valve body is direct, and the medium flowing through the gate valve does not change its flow direction, so the flow resistance is small.
7. Less effort to open and close. When opening and closing, the movement direction of the gate is perpendicular to the flow direction of the medium. Compared with globe valves, API gate valves require less effort to open and close.
8. Medium flow direction is generally not restricted. The medium can flow in any direction from both sides of the gate valve, which can be connected or cut off. Easy to install, suitable for sub medium flow direction may change in the pipeline.
